Welcome to our Summer Yoga retreat dedicated to physical alignment

Genova, Italy

The retreat will be mainly held in English and is intended as all-inclusive.

This retreat consists of an individualized and a build-on daily path exploring your alignment.

You will be given two masterclasses and daily yoga classes that, building upon eachother, promote alignment in posture that lead to the opening of spaces and physical well-being that is bound to reflect on your emotional and mental state.
This retreat is particularly indicated for those who have suffered or currently suffer from:
- Back problems
- Bad alignment leading to discomfort, including intestinal issues
- Hip and joint tightness or postrual issues that can lead to limitedness in scope of movement
- Any other body limitation or restraint that has made you feel less inspired or less in a good mood

During your stay you will also have access to two private sessions with our local yogatherapist.
Session 1, on the day of arrival, to assess your condition and establish a personalized plan.
Session 2, towards the end of the retreat, as a reassessment to evaluate progress and plan your personalized yogatherapy path ahead.

An inversion table and other structural resources for postural corrections are available and at hand during your stay and could be utilized for your individual sessions.


The cost includes all above activities plus:

- your private or shared room in the heart of Genova
- three healthy and clean meals a day with local options
- connection to your point of arrival and departure


Extra, non included events you can book separately include:

- guided tours of award-winning tourist city of Genova, or a boat trip to nearby Portofino
- cooking classes to learn our Genovese specialities (ie pesto sauce and focaccia bread, among others)
- massage sessions with our ayurvedic massage specialist.

Early bird rates:
850 euro if paid in full by 30/3
950 euro if paid in full by 15/5.
Our retreats are all inclusive.


Retreats are organised and insured by Associazione Prana APS based in Genova, Italy. Prices for retreats are meant as all-inclusive (registration, 7 activities, room and board (3 meals a day), insurance).
