Detox and mercy, or detox with mercy.

We are here to help your body and mind restore its equilibrium and health through a full immersion in cleansing food and activities. The mercy is our invitation to be compassionate towards yourself at whatever level of detoxing you prefer. Detoxing is a choice that every individual faces it at their own risk. We welcome everybody's choice, therefore, the days at the retreat will offer your choice of detox at all meals, including breakfast.
We will invite you to try our cleanse-friendly macrobiotic option (vegan low fat Medical-Medium-approved) OR you can choose the non-cleanse option of typical Genovese specialties. We try to welcome all choices so feel free to enjoy your stay at your own pace and culinary preferences. We meet every dietary restriction.


Package includes:
1. Enrollment + insurance fees
2. Housing 3/4-6/4 (in single or shared room)
3. 3 detox-designed meals a day (plus snacks) OR 3 NON detox meals with Genovese typical dishes
4. All activities in the retreat calendar (to be announced), designed to detox physically, mentally and emotionally.
These include but will not be limited to: specific nutritional diet and ingredients, one or more activities a day to choose among meditations, yoga, walks or other outdoor activities.

The retreat package does not include:
- Your travel to and from the retreat center
- Antonella's acclaimed ayurvedic massage. Although one or two sessions with our ayurvedic massage specialist can and will upgrade your cleanse multifold, we choose to keep this option separate to meet everyone's personal preferences. The massage can be booked at 60/session or 100/two sessions at the beginning of the retreat.
- Extra-curriculum activities undertaken on one´s own in one´s spare time are also not included in your package, and not covered by our retreat insurance.
